FAQ
This section covers the most frequently asked questions and provides clear answers to help you respond confidently to customers
- Where are the heating elements located?
EcoGrill uses independent heating elements placed inside each ThermoTube. Instead of a single heater positioned below the grill, EcoGrill’s heating elements are integrated directly into the stainless-steel tubes that form the grilling surface. This allows heat to be delivered evenly and very close to the food.
- How to say it:
“The heating elements are built directly into the stainless-steel tubes, right under the food. That’s why EcoGrill heats evenly and delivers real grilling performance.”
- What happens if one heating element fails?
EcoGrill uses independent heating elements inside each ThermoTube. If one heating element stops working, the grill will not operate at full capacity — the six or eight grates associated with that element will not heat — until the element is replaced. The issue is isolated and easy to resolve.
- How to say it:
“Each tube has its own heating element, so servicing is simple and targeted.”
- What is the warranty?
EcoGrill comes with a two years of statutory conformity and an additional three-year manufacturer’s warranty.
- How to say it:
“EcoGrill comes with a total of five years of coverage — two years of statutory conformity and an additional three-year manufacturer’s warranty, with spare parts available through our distribution network.”
- Where can spare parts be found?
Spare parts are available through the authorized distributor, who is required to keep spare parts in stock.
- How to say it:
“Your local distributor provides spare parts, ensuring fast and reliable support.”
- Is service support available?
Yes.
The authorized distributor is responsible for providing trained service technicians and technical support.
- How to say it:
“Service and technical support are handled locally by the distributor.”
- How is EcoGrill cleaned?
EcoGrill Home is designed to be very easy to clean. For everyday cleaning, you simply switch it off, unplug it, and use the two cleaners that come with the grill — one for the top of the grate and one for the underside.
For deeper cleaning, there is an optional stainless-steel wire cleaner, which is used occasionally and soaked in hot water before use.
The grease tray is removable and easy to wash, and all steps are explained in the manual.
The underside of the grill can be easily cleaned by removing the grease tray and carefully tilting the grill to the side, allowing better access.
We also provide a short cleaning video.

- Do I need to add water to the grease tray?
- How to say it:
“There’s no need to add water to the grease tray – EcoGrill is designed to work without it.”
- Can EcoGrill Home be connected to a standard household power outlet?
- How to say it:
“Yes, EcoGrill Home works on a standard household single-phase connection. Depending on the model, it requires between 2.2 and 2.8 kW”
- Do I need to use oil when grilling on EcoGrill Home?
Oil is only needed for light coating, not for cooking in oil.
A small amount of oil can be used to lightly brush the food or the grill grates, mainly to prevent sticking and improve results. EcoGrill Home is designed for grilling, not frying.
- How to say it:
“A small amount of oil can be used for light coating of the food or grates, if needed.”
